About Our Industry
Egenanställningsföretag see on a daily basis how egenanställning is a way into the labor market for different types of workers in a wide range of professional fields. Already today, tens of thousands of people have taken on assignments as egenanställd, and in 2018 alone, the industry generated SEK 750 million for welfare through taxes and fees.
Egenanställning can therefore basically be seen as an enabler, for both individuals, companies and society.
Who are we?
The Associations’ mission is to ensure that the potential of egenanställning is taken advantage of when shaping the modern labor market.
Our members are small and large egenanställningsföretag and our versatility creates a good overall insight into different conditions and needs. Our main work is to increase knowledge about egenanställning and strengthen legitimacy vis-à-vis decision-makers.
Statutes
The activities of the egenanställningsföretag are regulated by the statutes that were drawn up in connection with the formation of the organization in 2012. Currently the statutes are only available in swedish.
Why a trade association?
By unifying the industry around a common vision, we create the conditions for a more legitimate and effective promotion of egenanställning.
The association also creates the opportunity to review its own work and focus on necessary measures when problems or deficiencies are discovered. This enables a form of self-regulation that contributes to creating clear and predictable conditions for egenanställningsföretag and egenanställda.
